Lenzie Parent and Toddler Group 

COVID 19 AGREEMENT

1. I understand that all adult attendees must wear a face covering during the sessions when indoors, while supervising children in their care and entering/exiting the hall. When seated and more than 2m from any other adults in the hall, face coverings may be removed. If the sessions are outside face coverings may be removed. 

2. I understand that Lenzie Parent & Toddler Group will be following safety guidelines as of 9 August 2021 and there is no requirement for children under 12 years of age to socially distance, however we will be practicing social distancing for adults where possible. 

3. If a child or any of their household members is showing any symptoms of Covid-19 or has tested positive, the child must not attend until the recommended isolation period has been completed or a negative PCR test has been obtained. 

4. I understand that a risk assessment is in place and that I can ask to see this at any time by emailing lenzietoddlers@gmail.com 

5. Lenzie Parent and Toddler Group has put in place measures to reduce the risk of coronavirus transmission during toddler group sessions, however, I accept that Lenzie Parent and Toddler Group cannot guarantee the safety measures will prevent me or any children in my care from being exposed to or contracting Covid-19. 

6. I understand the importance of being vigilant for any signs or symptoms of Covid-19 in preventing transmission of the virus to other children, staff and parents/carers. I will follow all current government guidelines and minimise the risk of transmission of Covid19 to others. 

7. I will notify the committee by emailing lenzietoddlers@gmail.com if I become aware of any child or adult who has recently attended Lenzie Parent and Toddler Group who then has symptoms of Covid19/receives a positive PCR result, or who tests positive through doing regular lateral flow testing for asymptomatic cases.
